REIKI

REIKI HEALING
METHOD

Reiki Healing Method is implemented as Universal Energy to strengthen our Energetic field and rebalance Chakras, which are responsible for wellbeing of our physical, emotional and mental states.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique in which the practitioner uses their hands to channel healing energy to the person receiving it.

The Universal energy has always existed and will always exist in us and around us. This method is used to chanel this universal energy, and rebalance Chakras and strengthen the Energetic field if it is weakened.

During the Reiki Session, the Mind and Body are calmed and become still. This way, the person is put into a meditative, trance like state.

Reiki Energy healing is used to relief stress and relax mind and body. Reiki can awaken intuition and open up a third eye as it can help to increase the flow of energy to the brain, which can stimulate the pineal gland.

When it comes to Neuroscience, some studies have shown that Reiki can have a positive impact on the nervous system. For example,  Reiki can reduce the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the "fight or flight" response.

Thus, Reiki can affect the brain's limbic system. The limbic system is responsible for processing emotions, and it is known to be affected by stress. Studies have shown that Reiki can reduce activity in the amygdala, which is a part of the limbic system that is associated with fear and anxiety. As a result, Reiki can promote relaxation and reduce stress during the session.

Furthermore, Reiki can increase parasympathetic nervous system activity which can lead to feelings of relaxation and well-being. The parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for the "rest and digest" response. When the parasympathetic nervous system is active, the heart rate slows down, blood pressure drops, and breathing becomes more relaxed.

Reiki can increase levels of oxytocin which may contribute to its positive effects on emotional well-being . Oxytocin is a hormone that is known as the "cuddle hormone" because it is released during physical contact. Oxytocin has been shown to have a number of benefits, including reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and increasing feelings of trust and connection.

Finally, Reiki can affect the brain's reward system, which may contribute to its positive effects on mood and motivation. The brain's reward system is responsible for releasing dopamine, a neurotransmitter that is associated with pleasure and motivation.

In addition to these direct effects on the brain, Reiki may also have indirect effects by promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Stress is known to have a negative impact on our emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. It can lead to a number of problems, such as anxiety, depression, and memory problems. By reducing stress, Reiki may help to protect our nervous system from these negative effects.

Further benefits are:

  • Promotes a long term healing affect and boosts the immune system due to calming of the nervous system

  • Improves Sleep patterns and reduces insomnia

  • Increases Intuition and establishes connection with the Higher and Divine Self

  • Prevents burnout and reduces stress by clearing blockages and removing negative patterns
