COACHING
INTEGRAL COACHING OF
THE 4 SELVES
Integral coaching is a holistic approach that takes into account all aspects of person's life, including their physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. It is based on the idea that all of these aspects of a person are interconnected, and that changes in one area can have an impact on the others.

Through the integral coaching, we can balance one part of self that needs attention through the other. For example, some physical pains occur through psychosomatic causes due to emotional or mental stress. If we explore our emotional state of being and what areas of life affect us in a negative way, we can build strategies on how to create a change and balance our emotions in order for the physical pain to disappear. We therefore learn to listen to our body and what it tries to tells us. As pains often occur as signals of a necessary change to either our lifestyle externally or our inner environment.

Thus, integral coaching can help a person to develop their self-awareness. As we become more self-aware, we are able to better understand our values, goals, and motivations. This can help us to make choices that are aligned with our Higher Self and therefore improve our quality of life.

Furthermore integral coaching can help to develop spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is the ability to understand and use our spiritual resources to live a more fulfilling life with less suffering. The Higher Self is often seen as the source of our spiritual intelligence. By being connected with the True Self that generates the divine energy, our artificially created self-identity and personality have less power over us, and as a result we tend to react less automatically and negatively towards the external events.
Often, questions related to Self-Inquiry are asked during the session. The Self-Inquiry technique based on Ramana Maharshi is a simple yet powerful method for spiritual self-realization. It involves asking oneself the question "Who am I?" and remaining in that question with intense attention. Ramana Maharshi taught that the "I" thought is the root of all egoic identification and suffering. By constantly inquiring into the nature of the "I" thought, we can eventually see through its illusion and realize our true nature as pure awareness.

Through the integral coaching there is a development of intuition. Intuition is our inner guidance system that can help us to make wise decisions and live a more authentic life. As we are able to access our deepest wisdom and guidance, we release all our artificial layers that do not serve us in a positive way.
